Leadership development

Leadership development is the process of helping to expand the capacity of individuals to perform in leadership roles within organizations by practicing discipline and taking on more projects which require responsibility. Leadership development is important if you want to be given a leadership position in the CCA, as it increases the chance of you being selected as a leader in the CCA. The leadership skills you have learnt in the CCA might also be useful for your future career, as leadership can be applied in all aspects of your life.
